Option 1

Because of the need for a signature and cheque, the transaction cannot be done totally online. Sorry! It has be print-out and post.
Option 2
Download this pdf file that you can read and print out with Acrobat Reader. Fill it in manually, attach your cheque, sign and post it to Freepost 395, Prepaid Funerals New Zealand Ltd, PO Box 48 250, Silverstream 5142 .
